So now that my beleaguered server is finally back up and running, I have at long last scanned in the various pictures I've taken around the UAE since my arrival last August and put them online. Unfortunately, most of them didn't turn out due to the crappy disposable camera I used (and many of the ones on there are of less than ideal quality, for the same reason). But hey, it's something.

Anyway, they can be found here, along with a running commentary that occasionally makes a feeble attempt to be funny.

Ok, I've put up a second batch of UAE pics here.

They're somewhat more "touristy" (for lack of a better term) than the first batch, so to me they're less interesting, but your mileage may vary.

Anyhow, I think that's about all I can salvage from the pics I took; all the rest got eaten by the shitty camera. So that's it. I'm going to bed.
